About the Local Food Club

The Local Food Club provides individuals and families with access to locally-produced food year-round. Members place orders for food from participating farms. The food is collected from the farms and dropped at central distribution locations for members to pick up. Join hundreds of people in the Charlotte, NC area enjoying fresh food from local farms through our service!

Cost of Membership:

Working memberships require participation in on-farm work projects.

  • 3-month working membership: $60, plus participation in 1 on-farm work project
  • 6-month working membership: $110, plus participation in 2 on-farm work projects
  • 12-month working membership: $220, plus participation in 3 on-farm work projects

Non-working memberships have no on-farm work project requirements.

  • 3-month non-working membership: $90
  • 6-month non-working membership: $165
  • 12-month non-working membership: $300
